AYSO Tournament Application Procedure
All Region 75 tournament teams must follow these procedures to receive a Region check (if applicable) and the required official roster signed by our commissioner. Additionally, teams that follow this procedure in the provided timeline, will receive a $100 credit for the tournament registration fees from Region 75. Failure to follow these procedures will result in the team being denied approval to attend the tournament.
Before entering a team into a tournament, a coach must first notify our Region 75 Tournament Coordinator by email. If there is no Tournament Coordinator in place a coach must then notify Region 75’s Coach Administrator. These email addresses will be posted on Region 75’s website.
Teams need to apply to all tournaments on an individual basis. Information about tournaments can be found on https://ayso.org/ayso-tournaments/ .
Process:
1. The following information must be submitted 30 days in advance of the tournament:

c. A completed paper application form for the tournament (if applicable)
d. A completed referee information form if are you are taking a referee team
2. The Tournament Coordinator will verify if the requested tournament is an approved AYSO Tournament.
3. The Tournament Coordinator will contact all necessary Board Members to receive approval for this process.

5. Once approvals are done, a signed roster will be provided.
Conduct:
We expect our coaches, assistant coaches, parents, and players to remember that they are representing Region 75 and to conduct themselves appropriately. In particular, everyone is required to cooperate with tournament officials and referees and to keep sideline comments positive, instructional (in the case of coaches only) and encouraging.
Other Items:
Tournaments may not in any way interfere with the regular/spring select season(s) practices and/or games.
A team may choose to order bags, jackets, and other team items at their own cost. Items can be purchased through the region or not. Let us know if you are interested in doing this.
