All-Star Coach Application
(Divisions 10U – 12U – 14U)

Coach applications must be received by your All-Star Coordinator on or before Sunday, October 27, 2024, to be considered. Late applications may not be considered UNLESS they are needed.
All-Star Coach Eligibility and Selection
All-Star coaches will be selected by the AYSO Area E Appointed Staff working on behalf of Region 75. Coaches will be notified of selections by the All-Star Coordinator by early November. Priority is given to head coaches, if no head coach is qualified, qualified assistant coaches will be considered.
There is to be NO discussion with players or parents regarding who will be placed on an All-Star team before AYSO Area E Appointed Staff approval of the team. Coaches may inquire as to a player’s interest level but must not commit or imply that the player is guaranteed a roster spot before receiving roster approval. Doing so may jeopardize your chance to coach an All-Star team!
Specific criteria for an All-Star coach selection are the following:
Minimum requirements to coach:
• Has the ability to properly represent Region 75 in Area and Section play
• Follows the AYSO coaching philosophy
• Has the ability to coach players of All-Star caliber
• Has suitable years of coaching experience
• ALL volunteer certifications verified, including AYSO coaching license corresponding to division
• Be available for all-star tryouts and meetings
• Be available for practice in the months of December and January
• Be available for games Sat. Jan 11, Sat. Jan 18, Sat. Jan 25 & Sun. 26
Recommended achievements:
• Has achieved Regional Referee Certification
• Has achieved AYSO referee certificate corresponding to division
• Has provided service to the region outside of coaching
• Not affiliated with a Club team as a coach or scout
